August 30th
Sam, Xan, my dad, and I were up early again, so we decided to take advantage of the gym at our hotel in Chago. My dad led us through a fun little workout, which we followed up with a dip in the pool!
Afterwards, we packed up and started our drive to Snow Lake, where we stayed with the Moe family at their lake house!

We were fortunate to spend Labor Day weekend with them and their doggie Zep, living a true American summer experience by:
boating,
relaxing,
tubing,
partying on a sandbank,
and enjoying delicious food like smash tacos, Tom’s Donuts and more…

September 2nd
Our last morning with the Moes was spent having a nice breakfast, followed by one last boat ride.
We cruised through Otter Lake, admiring the beautiful scenery, though unfortunately, we didn’t spot any otters—although I did see a little turtle!
We also visited their dear friends one last time and saw their awesome shotski. We were even able to be added to their collection of dollar bills, contributing our bright yellow 10 CHF note.
A huge thank you to the Moe family for hosting us and giving us an unforgettable weekend at the lake. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to visit again!
